1. Payment and Refund Policy

1.1   The client must pay a 50% deposit upon confirmation of the booking, with the remaining balance

to be paid in full on the day of the event or before the event starts.

1.2    If the event is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled date, all payments made are non-

refundable.

1.3    If the booking is canceled within 48 hours before the event date, 50% of the deposit will be

refunded.

1.4    All booking payments must be made via bank transfer or designated payment methods. Clients

must proactively provide proof of payment to the venue provider, who will confirm and verify the reservation. If the client fails to provide proof of payment and obtain confirmation, the venue provider does not guarantee the availability of the time slot. If another client makes payment and completes verification first, the venue provider reserves the right to allocate the time slot to the confirmed client.

2. Venue Rental Regulations

2.1    The minimum rental time is 2 hours. Additional time will incur extra charges. The rental fee includes

venue preparation and cleanup time. Clients are advised to plan their schedule accordingly.

2.2    All rental periods must be completed within the agreed time. If the client exceeds the reserved

period, additional hourly charges will apply. However, the venue provider cannot guarantee the availability of the venue beyond the reserved time as it depends on other bookings. Clients are strongly advised to reserve ample time in advance to avoid schedule conflicts due to prior bookings.

2.3   Smoking, carrying, or consuming alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited within the venue.

Violators will have their rental agreement terminated immediately, and no refunds will be issued.

2.4    The client is responsible for ensuring that the number of attendees does not exceed the maximum

capacity of the venue. If the capacity is exceeded, the venue provider reserves the right to request that some attendees leave the premises.

2.5    Wearing shoes inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If shoes are required for filming purposes, an

additional cleaning fee of $100 per person will be charged to ensure venue hygiene and maintain environmental quality.

2.6    The client must maintain cleanliness in the venue and ensure that all items are returned to their

original positions. Waste should be properly bagged and placed in the designated disposal area.

2.7    Any form of gambling within the venue is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave

immediately without a refund.

2.8   Carrying prohibited items, hazardous materials, or obscene objects into the venue is strictly

forbidden. The venue provider reserves the right to deny entry to individuals who violate this policy.

2.9    The office, reception area, and any non-rented sections of the premises are private areas and must

not be entered without prior authorization.

3. Equipment and Safety Responsibility

3.1    Clients may use the basic equipment provided by the venue, including ceiling spotlights, furniture,

and seating, but must handle them with care.

3.2    The client must bring their own photography equipment. The venue does not provide cameras,

lenses, or personal gear.

3.3   Any damage to the venue’s facilities or equipment caused by the client must be compensated at

market value.

3.4    The client is responsible for purchasing event insurance. The venue provider is not liable for any

personal injury or property damage incurred during the event.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

4.1    The client may request a date change at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, additional fees

may apply, or the booking may be considered canceled.

4.2    If the event is affected by severe weather conditions (such as a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black

Rainstorm Warning), the client may reschedule the event, but refunds will not be granted.

4.3    If the venue provider needs to cancel a booking due to force majeure (e.g., power failure,

government regulations), a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date will be arranged.

5. Liability and Indemnification

5.1    The client must ensure that all activities conducted within the venue comply with the laws of the

Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If any illegal activities are discovered, the venue provider reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately without issuing a refund.

5.2    The client is responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or equipment loss caused by

their actions or negligence.

5.3    The venue provider is not liable for accidents, including but not limited to fires, electrical hazards, or

injuries occurring within the premises.

6. Termination and Amendments

6.1    If the client violates any of these terms, the venue provider has the right to terminate the rental

agreement immediately without issuing a refund.

6.2    The venue provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will be

updated on the venue's official website.

6.3    This agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the

event of any disputes, the Hong Kong courts will serve as the final arbitrator.
